Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 8, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SlayTrolls (slaytrolls.com), an AI-powered Facebook comment moderation service. By joining our waitlist, connecting a Facebook Page, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What SlayTrolls Does
SlayTrolls monitors comments on a connected Facebook Page, uses AI to identify troll behavior, and hides qualifying comments via the Facebook Graph API. It is a moderation aid, not a guarantee — see Section 5.
2. Eligibility
You must be an authorized administrator of the Facebook Page you connect, and legally able to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
3. Connecting Your Facebook Page
- You authorize SlayTrolls to read comments on your connected Page and to hide comments on your behalf via the Facebook Graph API.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the connected Page complies with Facebook's own Terms of Service and Community Standards.
- You can disconnect your Page at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access going forward.
4. Pricing and Billing
- SlayTrolls uses a pay-per-result model: you are only charged for comments successfully identified and hidden as trolls. If nothing is caught, nothing is charged.
- New accounts start with a free trial as described on our pricing page. Current rates and trial terms are posted at slaytrolls.com/pricing and may be updated from time to time.
- Credits and billing details are shown in your dashboard.
5. AI Moderation, Neutrality, and No Guarantee
- Our AI decides what qualifies as a troll comment independently — never at your direction. This protects you: it means moderation on your Page is genuinely neutral, not something you're directing to silence critics, so you can stand behind it publicly. Disagreeing with a specific call doesn't mean something's wrong.
- The moment our AI scores a comment as likely trolling, it's hidden immediately, without waiting on a human — before it can escalate, get screenshotted, or shape how other visitors see your Page. You don't have to catch it or flag it yourself. Your dashboard shows you everything that's been hidden, and consistent with our neutrality principle, SlayTrolls (not the Page administrator) reviews these calls and can restore anything caught incorrectly — keeping the system accountable without slowing down the protection itself.
- We don't promise to catch 100% of trolls, or to never flag one you'd have let through — no moderation system, human or AI, does either perfectly, and we'd rather be upfront about that than oversell it. What you're getting is a system that removes a large share of the trolling on your Page automatically, and keeps getting better calibrated to your Page's specific patterns the longer it runs.
- SlayTrolls depends on the availability of the Facebook Graph API and the Anthropic Claude API. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by outages, rate limits, or policy changes on either third-party platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlayTrolls and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, reputational harm, or comments that were not caught or were incorrectly flagged. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using SlayTrolls and disconnect your Page at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or connect a Page they are not authorized to administer.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and notify active customers via email or dashboard notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
